PT Inspiry Indonesia Konsultan has accompanied PT Abhimata Manunggal throughout 2023 in "Effective Leadership" and "Good Team with High Productivity" training. Lastly, Inspiry has provided assistance in regard to the 2023 evaluation and preparation of 2024 with the theme "Closing 2023 and Expanding Our Reach in 2024".

PT Abhimata Manunggal is a medical distributor company focusing on blood transfusion technology products and supplies for hospitals and laboratories. Established in 2000, PT Abhimata Manunggal serves all provinces in Indonesia, and also imports products from Europe, New Zealand, and China.

The "Effective Leadership" training that took place on August 12, 2023 was given to 23 participants who were employees of PT Abhimata Manunggal. The material has been presented by the Inspiry Training Team with the speaker; Mr. Ir. Asrul Sani, MM, and Mr. Marsono M, Amd., Gz., about Leadership Skills, Leadership Style, and Working Ethics.

Also, the "Good Team with High Productivity" training on October 14-15, 2023 was attended by 37 participants. The participants were given in-depth material presentations with practitioners; Mr. Ir. Asrul Sani, MM., Mr. Hartanto SE, MM., Mr. Supriya Lelana, SE., and Mr. Marsono M, Amd. Gz.

This training discusses Business Strategy, Work Ethics, Leadership, Teamwork and Execution, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and the Concept of SWOT Analysis. The training has been completed by one on one coaching carried out by all participants with practitioners and trainers.

Hopefully, the entire series of training and mentoring in 2023 will ensure the productivity enhancement of all employees at PT Abhimata Manunggal by the yearly evaluation, also establishing the target for 2024.

The benefits from our assistance on evaluating and target making are; knowing the extent of the business plan implementation; making it easier to create development areas; adding opportunities that have not been maximized; and exploring new opportunities.

Apart from that, hopefully this training can assist PT Abhimata Manunggal in establishing quick wins and breakthroughs for future steps, and become a benchmark for making future business plans.

The event which took place on December 1 2023 was attended by the President Director, Operational Director, Vice Commercial, Strategy Team, Secretary, Head of Sales and its team members. Inspiry has provided this training to build optimism in 2024 in achieving KPIs and targets.
