As a Leader in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment, you are not only pursued to achieve organizational goals, but also responsible for the development of team members or employees. Team member development is not just about providing training, but being responsible for improving the environment that supports the learning process, individual and collective growth.

Leaders who care about member development often create an atmosphere that encourages creativity, collaboration, and innovation, which has an impact on the overall success of the company.

Based on the Author's experience; There is a general difference between leaders who care about team member development and those who do not, lies in the approach taken. For example, in leading technology companies, leaders there encourage employees to develop new skills through ongoing training programs and innovative projects that provide space for the discovery of new ideas. Research shows that employees who receive support for personal and professional development tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction and better productivity.
