PT Millennium Pharmacon International (MPI) Entrusts Inspiry in the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for Branch Managers

PT Inspiry Indonesia Konsultan has accompanied PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. (MPI) in intensive training titled “Accelerated Development Program (ADP)” from December 4th, 2023 until early 2024. Previously, Inspiry has already trained the MPI team on "Leadership Vibes" and "Corporate Strategy" modules.
The modules discussed in the Accelerated Development Program include Selling Skills, Analytical Business, Territory Management, Effective Communication, Building the Best Team & Talent, Flow Business & Market Situation, SOP & Job Descriptions, Logistics Management, and Collection Management which are already carried out as online training.
The main topic which deepened in the in-house training event is SWOT Analysis, Becoming a Reliable Distributor, and Growth Mindset. This training took place on 4-5 December 2023 and was attended by 20 participants who were Branch Heads throughout Indonesia. The Head Director Mr. Ahmad bin Abu Bakar, the Director of Finance Mr. Mohammad Fazly bin Hassan, the Head of Operations Mr. Herly, and the Head of HRGA and Legal Mrs. Yuni Arriyani were also present there.
Mr. Fazly bin Hassan, as Director of Finance, expressed his big hopes for MPI to be more advanced and greater. Especially, for the collaboration between the fieldforce and administration team will become more synergized with each other.
Our Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is the latest program developed to provide comprehensive training for branch leaders. This training concerns all business processes in the branch and the self-development of branch leaders.
ADP aims to improve leadership abilities, sales skills, and branch management, as well as identify and control risks that will arise, future potential business, and internal improvements in branches.
The benefits of ADP are standardizing the knowledge and skills of supervisors and branch managers, increasing employee self-confidence and loyalty to the company, creating leadership continuity within the company, creating better teamwork, improving performance and sustainable company growth, and serving as a guide for further leadership development.
One of the modules contained in ADP is Coaching Vibes or coaching skills, which was given by the Inspiry team to MPI on Monday (8/1/23).
Coaching must always have a positive impact on anyone because it will help the company in discovering the best potential of employees. Coaching can also identify issues and challenges in the field or within the team before big problems arise.
Coaching is more than just a correction tool, coaching can be an effort to help the team in learning, exploring, and finding goals, as well as creating steps and motivation to encourage the team towards better performance.
ADP will help the branch managers understand the differences between the roles of leader, manager, and coach. By understanding the coaching skills, mindset and character of a leader, the trainee will focus on being a good coach thus they can improve the team's competence and performance.
